We desire to develop coordinated efforts that encourage collaboration to resource the persecuted who are being threatened or forced out of their homes and countries because of belief and war. They need "Good News" and God's love.
We seek to recharge and encourage existing regional leaders with counseling, support, and programs so that they continue in difficult places and can take the next steps to thrive in their ministries. We believe in lifting hands.
We organize training outlets for leaders so that their toolbox of ministry "rightly divides" and equips for these strategic times. It is often better to rear a local, then send a foreigner. Each hub has a goal of being nationally run in 3 years.
God has used other organizations for His glory. We find them and partner for mutual encouragement and joy as we watch God’s work together. We want multiple resources of ministry to be found in one place. A true “hub”. We coordinate care and celebrate different agencies strengths.
Each hub has a spiritual goal of “Life touches life” - our outreach should be a result of our in-reach. We want to grow from the inside out. We can only pass on what God is doing in us. A daily walk is needed and great commission actions are required toward a clear Gospel message. Love involves Truth. Social activity is only fruitful with the Gospel. We must lead people to Christ.
Equip and resource the national and they will go farther than transplanting a foreigner. 2 Tim. 2:2 modelling Is an indigenous idea. Planting can be achieved in a greater way when leaders stay, or are helped to have freedom to return to a role in their home region. They may also help a Canadian church take an international ministry step while being sponsored in Canada for a time.
Lurking regional challenges pose threats to different regions. We look to provide conduits of care, equipping and sustaining leaders, while preparing for emergency care.. Using the "network of networks" approach, we link different sorts of agencies and people to the persecuted to see them thrive in hard places.
